EXAMINE AND EVALUATE YOUR ELECTRICS AT HOME AND AT WORK. EICR’S, CERTIFICATION AND REMEDIAL WORKS.

We undertake commercial and domestic landlord testing and certification. (EICR’s).  This inspects the current condition of the installation and will show any repair or upgrade work needed to keep the property in a safe working condition.  Upgrades can then be discussed and priced accordingly.

Landlord certificates are now required for all rented accommodation, home installations should be tested every ten years and commercial properties every five years.
